Body & Soul Spa Retreat is a tranquil, boutique day spa nestled on 30 acres of peaceful Mount Cotton bushland — a private sanctuary where the outside world softens the moment you arrive.
With more than twenty years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Gail Keith created this retreat as a place for locals to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with themselves. What began as a small, heartfelt vision has grown into a nurturing space trusted by guests from Sheldon, Victoria Point, Redland Bay, Cornubia and the wider Redlands Coast.
While we proudly serve our local community, we also welcome guests who travel from Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas seeking a peaceful escape in nature. Our acreage setting offers a level of privacy, calm and spaciousness that’s hard to find elsewhere.
We offer a thoughtfully curated range of treatments including massage, facials, body rituals, bath therapies, waxing, tinting, spray tanning, ear and body piercing, and holistic nutrition consultations. Every service is delivered with intention — blending professional expertise with the grounded, restorative energy of our natural surroundings.

Where is Body & Soul Spa Retreat located?
Body & Soul Spa Retreat can be found on Karingal Road, Mount Cotton.
If you're coming from the M1 Motorway, take exit 30 towards Cleveland. Follow Beenleigh-Redland Bay Road, turn left onto Mount Cotton Road and continue for 9km before turning left onto Karingal Road - you'll find us located on the left hand side a few hundred metres up the road. There is ample on-site parking.

What do I do on arrival?
Make your way into our reception where our staff will welcome you.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of your treatments. You may be required to complete some consultation forms depending on your treatment.

We ask that you turn your mobile phone on silent as courtesy to other guests.

Do I need to make an appointment?
Body & Soul Spa Retreat is open by appointment only. To avoid disappointment we recommend you make a booking by phone or online in advance. Should you require special assistance for any health or physical considerations please let us know at the time of booking.

Please note a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Can I make a group booking?
Group bookings are bookings consisting of four or more people. Full payment is required at the time of booking. If a cancellation is made within two weeks of the scheduled appointments a 10% cancellation charge will be deducted from the amount held.

Group bookings of eight or more will receive a 10% discount.
​
How can I make a change to my appointment?
We understand that other commitments pop up from time to time, however require 24 hours notice by phone for any changes or cancellations.

Changes or cancellations received more than 24 hours in advance can be made with no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows will incur a 100% charge of booked services.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?
Absolutely. Body & Soul Spa Retreat offers gift vouchers can be purchased online for your preferred dollar value so the recipient can select their treatment of choice.

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from date of purchase. ​Please choose gift vouchers carefully as refunds are not available.
