  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and courier services.

  • Standard delivery within Australia: 3–7 business days.

  • Express delivery within Australia: 1–3 business days.

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 AUD per order.

  • Express shipping: Flat rate of $14.95 AUD per order.

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 AUD (Australia only).

  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Delays & Issues

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., weather, customs delays).

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items are non-refundable.

  • Personal care products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics) cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene reasons.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • We will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
