Your spa journey begins with the invigorating Aroma Foot Therapy experience where your feet are soaked in an uplifting and refreshing essential oil blend, then
exfoliated using mineral salts to leave your feet feeling soft and smooth.

Your body will then be induced into deep relaxation with a 50 minute Relaxation Massage using smooth, gentle, and flowing strokes to alleviate muscular tension, improve circulation and enhance your range of movement.

Finishing with a results driven facial combined with Max7 LED Light Therapy suited to your skin’s needs, our experienced therapists will massage your face, neck and
decolletage to help soothe away any remaining tension. Your skin will then be exfoliated to buff away dead skin cells, then cleansing to remove impurities before being treated with Max7 Light Therapy - a non-invasive, preventative and corrective professional light therapy device using the full visible colour spectrum to treat specific skin concerns including rosacea, acne, pigmentation and premature ageing. Pregnancy is a special time where the body undergoes physiological and psychological changes. Our nurturing and relaxing Mother to Be Retreat spa journey is suitable for all trimesters and is aimed to support and calm the expecting mother.

Beginning with an Aroma Foot Therapy experience, your feet will be soaked in an uplifting and refreshing essential oil blend followed with an exfoliation and warm towel compress to soothe the feet. This will be followed by a gentle, supported body massage to help alleviate tension and discomfort and a Soothe Experience facial to help cleanse, purify and moisturise the face leaving it feeling beautiful and soft.
